July 1–2, 2026 | Hall 2, Booth F08

SicherheitsExpo Munich is one of the most specialized security trade fairs in the DACH region — and this year, we're bringing something that makes a visit worthwhile.

Physical Identity and Access Management is a topic that comes up in almost every serious security discussion. Who can go where? Who approves it? What happens when things change? These are questions that affect every organization with a property, a workforce, and compliance obligations. At evolutionID, we have been working closely with our customers on these very questions for years — and IDfunction PIAM is our answer.

What you'll see at Booth F08

At the heart of our booth is IDfunction PIAM, our platform for organizations that require controlled, adaptable access management across the entire identity lifecycle. We'll be demonstrating the platform live — so you can see how access workflows are configured, adapted, and audited, with minimal developer effort.

What we want to show is how the entire ecosystem works in practice. This means: We'll demonstrate what happens when a new employee joins the company. The person enters their own data. A manager approves access. A badge is issued. On the first day of work, the right doors open. No manual coordination. No email follow-ups. Just a clean, policy-driven process that the IAM team controls and can adapt at any time.

We'll also be offering a preview of something new from the IDfunction family — a product that closes a specific gap in the badge issuance process. We're not saying more about it yet, but anyone who stops by the booth will get an early look.

Mohsen in the Forum

On July 1st, our CTO Mohsen Arjmandi will speak in the Forum in Hall 1 from 10:45 AM to 11:15 AM. His talk Unified security platforms: combining physical access, self-service, identity verification, and approvals in one workflow system addresses precisely the kind of challenges for which IDfunction PIAM was developed — how physical access, approvals, and identity come together in a single, controlled workflow, and how organizations can flexibly adapt it without starting from scratch. A worthwhile stop before you come to the booth.

What we're looking forward to

The conversations. Trade fairs are where you hear what's really happening on the ground — the edge cases, the challenges with legacy systems, the compliance requirements that change without warning. We come to listen as much as to present.

We also look forward to meeting the security community in Munich. This event brings together an expert audience — and often the most valuable conversations happen outside of formal appointments.

If you're visiting SicherheitsExpo Munich this year, come see us: Hall 2, Booth F08. We'll have time for a chat — and the platform will be running.

About us
For more than two decades, evolutionID has helped organizations bring clarity and control to identity and access. We focus on what matters most: secure, reliable processes that are simple to operate and built to last.

We bring together Physical Identity & Access Management (PIAM), card and employee management, and RFID‑supported workflows into one coherent approach. Our modular building blocks allow identity and access systems to adapt over time—without disrupting what already works. The result is less complexity, more transparency, and greater confidence in everyday operations.

As a long‑term partner, we guide our customers step by step—from analysis and architecture to implementation, migration, and ongoing support. With teams in Munich, Bonn, and Frankfurt, we work closely with organizations across the DACH region to create access infrastructures that stay secure, stable, and ready for what comes next.
